Return eligibility

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, it must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

  • The item is defective or damaged on arrival.
  • The item does not match the description on the website.
  • We sent the wrong size, colour, model, or product.

How to request a return

  1. Email us. Include your order number and the reason for the request.
  2. Provide details. For damage or an incorrect item, attach clear photographs.
  3. Wait for authorisation. We will send the return address and packing instructions.
  4. Send the parcel. Return it within 14 days of receiving authorisation and retain proof of shipment.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 48 hours after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Return shipping

We cover reasonable return shipping when an item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly. For other approved returns, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
